Also when the licence mentions no derivative you’re not supposed to edit the image
Is scaling/ reencoding derivative? Or is it about the the visible content, only?
Lemmy hands out downscaled images. Others watermark images (reddit, 9gag,…).
Yes, I agree. Posting cropped images is bad. You can do it for personal use and no one cares. But leave it intact if you spread it.
