    I remember reading many years ago that if the person is frozen with fear, thinking on things that make you angry can help you get moving again. Though not fear, I have a feeling the ADHD/autism freeze works similarly, because if I think on what I could be doing and how I’m instead wasting my time away, I do get agitated/angry enough to start moving. Then it just takes a small catalyst of discipline to get this anger burning into something productive.

      I can only fold laundry when Im angry. Maybe, I should say, It is much easier to do this task when im upset/frustrared/angry.

      Ill put it off for weeks, and then get mad, and be like, fine, Ill fold the damn laundry.

      I think this explains “rage cleaning” here for it
