Yeah I drink very sparingly during Sauna and not much more afterwards, and light beers usually work better.

Once I drank Vodka during sauna and that was psychedelic. But my body was different then, I definitely could not handle this today.

Sauna beer!

Preferably by the lake. Summer or winter, does not matter.

This just needs to be on the list. And the subsequent wonder of “holy crap, that actually helped” and then the realization that there’s a name for that condition.

Hm. River or lake beer for me is a bunch of beers tied together and lowered into a body of water. Usually less than 1m is enough to keep it cool. It’s a different coolness.

I still remember the beers I drank on an overland trip from Germany through Poland & the Baltics to Belarus. Some of them were exactly like that. Just local breweries, no chance to ever find them again.
